Disability Pay
I am currently rated at 50% SC. Is it true that my disability compensation will always be topped off at no more than my military retirement check? If so, what if I am rated at IU or 100% schedular?

No, it is not true. You disability compensation is based on what percentage you are. If are 80% then you get the 80% rate from the VA regardless of what you receive from teh military. Pop
